Although now overtaken by events in that v2.1 notes it specifically provides compatibility with Snow Leopard (64-bit), for the record, my v2.0.9 ran without any obvious-to-me problems under Snow Leopard (v10.6). (Note: From what I've been pointed to in the Apple literature, it appears that--at least at this time--for most of us we wouldn't note any difference in performance if an application were in 32-bit, versus 64-bit, mode.)
