Updater Problems - pendragon

FWIW:

If your original DW disk was a DVD, a CD won't work. You must, when burning, (as stated in the directions) use a DVD.

I don't mean to be abrupt (really). Just hoping I can help with your frustration.

Same(?) problem here - Ronald P. Regensburg

I tried three times, the third time after a safe boot. Failed all three times in exactly the same way.
My original disk is a CD. At first, everything seems to proceed fine. Immediately after entering the personalization information, the updater tells me to insert a blank CD and at same time tells me that an error occurred creating the image and burning the disk. It seems that the created image cannot be unmounted. Dismissing the error message stops the process. I tried inserting a blank CD despite the error message, but nothing happens while the error message is being displayed.

Updater Problems - me too - TechTracker Lover

Tried three times; same problems as stated above. Did anyone get this upgraded? Is there another way besides first burning a CD/DVD?
