Avoid this update, wait for a fixed version - laddieo

I've seen the same things being described here on my MBP, and I'm at least encouraged to learn its not just me!

And it actually has been an opportunity to get acquainted with some other browsers. I've even learned to tolerate Safari!

I've also actually resorted lately to running Firefox via VMware Fusion launching XP. At least it works there.

Try Smart Scroll too. I couldn't live without it. Ron.

I've been running 3.5.3 for a day now on the 10.4.11 machine and so far so good, it hasn't locked up. After my recent forced Safari usage I do have to say that most of the time Safari seems to be a little faster and a lot less CPU intensive than Firefox, at least on this ancient machine.
