I think you are very mean.
This App has saved my bacon so many times for so many of the people I help. It is part of my tool kit like *censored*tail, Onyx, DiskWarrior etc and is indispensable.
It is a fool proof method of plucking single Apps from an Installer for those of us who are not geeks
I think the price is most reasonable

I suggest you try the app before badmouthing it.

You would then see that see that "Show Package Contents" is NOT the same as opening an app in Pacifist.

If you having an issue with your system, and there are missing files, and you know know WHAT files are missing, how will you determine this? Pacifist will open an install disk and list all the files in all the directories and subdirectories and compare with what is installed on your system. Thousands and thousands of files.
You can do this by hand, but I don't have the time for that. It could take days just to figure out what is missing, or what isn't supposed to be there.

This is a very useful application, done in an elegant way.
