Thank you, thank you. Quicken's error message is misleading. It says to call your financial institution. I did this and was told that there was a "trouble ticket" on this issue and it would be a couple of days until it was fixed. Adding to the confusion was the fact that this occurred on only one of my accounts. So dumb me, I thought the problem was at the financial institution when it was really with Quicken (or at least the fix was with Quicken). Without this post and without having Quicken set as a VersionTracker alert, I can image that I would have wasted hours trying to figure this out. My VersionTracker subscription paid for itself today.
