in Safari Beta 4, tabs were up at the very top of the window, in the title bar. it saved a bit of vertical space, and after my initial reluctance, it is now "normal" for me, and I like it better than where the tabs are (now returned) in Safari 4, just below the url bar.
while there is an occasional glitch with minimizing windows and moving the window unexpectedly, TOT (Tabs On Top) has become an integral part of my browser usage. please, Apple, at least give us the option!
I got used to "title bar tabs" while using Chrome on my gf's Vista pc.
