That sent up warning flags and brought me here for the straight scoop. Here I read the sad facts that M$ is less concerned about the product and more about its value to boost Office and/or tie into other products like the Expression lineup.
It's hardly an Adobe killer, even though they tried to bundle Expression Media as one part of a media management, design, and publishing portfolio. I can't speak for the other components, but Media doesn't even get a trial from me...
And I still have iViewMedia Pro 3.1.1 on my MacPro (which no longer imports any JPEG or RAW format media, BTW)
