This really annoys me very much. To try to charge one of your customers for an update WITHOUT WARNING. Charging for bug fixes? with the promise of "its going to get real better real soon". And the auto update wants the full $20 not $10. The purpose of the "update" is to improve the company's bottom line. The function of the "update" is to alienate customers.
