No problems in the UK - NickCollingridge

I have replaced my CD many times and although the process could be a bit more straightforward (it would be better if one could apply for the upgrade directly via a form on the website rather than having to email tech support), I have never had any problem with getting the new CD/DVD - it just appears in the post.

I have had to give up - ncmphoto

I too live in France and have had no problem upgrading DiskWarrior, both through upgrade CDs mailed to me and via the disk creation tool for smaller updates. Currently using version 4.1.1 and will now download 4.2.
