Ridiculous.

I can remember two fairly recent problems I've reported to the developer. In BOTH cases a fix was made and the new version made available on versiontracker the VERY SAME DAY.

Who could ask for better response. I guess the developer could park in your driveway, in case you need him. That, might please you.

I agree. I emailed the developer several times asking about upgrades, and never got a response. Further, a review of their online support forum shows that many questions have never been responded to.
