Do you have permissions on the directories - anothersphere
Do you have read permissions on the directories you are copying from, and write permissions on the directories you are writing to?Its not the most intuitive or elegant app but if my permissions are clean (Disk Utility, repair permissions) I generally have no problem.
Usually the problems I have are where some directory has bogus permissions stopping cs from doing its thing.
