If your using FirFox, you can get the free plug-in called downloadhelper, it's easy to use.

If your using Safari, there's a couple standalone apps that you can pick up for free from demonoid.com or you can buy them.

Then you can download from YouTube and many other places, and there's always snapz pro for the flash player web videos.
