I agree. I have struggled with this software for a while. It synchs up iCal very nicely but it is miserable with my phone contacts. I have had contacts that I regularly use dissappear from my Treo 755p. I have run the uninstaller and tried to re-sync with a fresh install of Palm Desktop and now my phone doesn't work at all. It seems the uninstaller doesn't take the application off of the phone. Nightmare! Now Palm says they need to send me a new phone. I would save your money. I don't know anyone who has really had success with this product. Forget about tech support from them. If it isn't in the knowledge base then you are on your own.Reply to This
