Sure it should. Mac OS X Server has PHP and can be used rather straightforwardly to run this.

if you didn't use Xcode (or at least AppleScript) to build a proper OSX app, whatever you're pushing belongs somewhere else.

This shouldn't be on VT - Mac-Fan No 1

Joomla is a complex PHP-application that I can install on my Mac. Why should I search in PHP-Applications-sites and shellscript-sites and ruby sites and PERL-sites and.... to find software for my Mac? You could say the same f.e. to Eclipse or Webmin as both use PHP and Java (so they're not cocoa)!
