It does NOT work! - joebobj

This is the worst BETA version I have ever attempted to test on my laptop.
Using it is like dragging an anchor as it is so slow in every function tested, it crashed when I tried to dowload one song title and the interface is not intuitive as advertised. Had to force quit to get out of it. Also, the BETA replaced my working version of Limewire so now I can't use it. Are there other programs out there that do this better?

Works on Intel only!!! - gbdoc

I just read the docs on Limewire's site: this is Intel-only, since there is (currently) no Java 1.6 for PPC.

How did you get it to launch? I have a MacBook Pro 2.16 and it won't open.
