CCC has been flawless for me, and essential in backing up my Macs.

Ban_This is a perfect jerk, and WRONG - Kudrabar

First of all, you are wrong -- their customer service is fantastic for a company that doesn't even require you to pay for their vaunted product! Carbon Copy Cloner is UNCRIPPLED shareware (in other words, it's fully functional whether you pay for it or not), for which they ask only a $10 donation. Also, I once had a question (before I had paid for it), and they responded by email with the answer within 12 hours!
