Damaged dmg for version 2.0.2 - fhirsch
Downloading with Firefox and decompressing with TheUnarchiver, it shows a warning:"The disk image you are opening may be damaged and could damage your system" and then it mounts OK .
If it's decompressed with the default Archive Utility it fails. Downloading with Safari evidently uses the Archive Utility and fails

Damaged dmg for version 2.0.2 - dannil
Saw a similar problem here. After downloading with Safari (3.2.1 on an Intel iMac, 10.5.5), the unzipped dmg wouldn't open at all from Path Finder (which uses DiskImageMounter). And from within Finder, it opened with an alert that said it was damaged, not repairable, and was being opened with limited functionality. And Disk Utility also indicated it was damaged and couldn't be repaired. Interestingly, after copying Spotless out of the dmg and ejecting it, it then re-opened under both Path Finder and Finder without problems. Go figure....Monday, December 08 2008 @ 02:58 PM PST

Very strange. We are unable to replicate this issue with Firefox and Safari under Mac OS X 10.5.5. Just to be on the safe side, the dmg file will be replaced as soon as possible.We apologize to anyone who experiences this issue in the mean time.

We have just tested all download links on our web site. They all seem to be working fine without resulting in a damaged dmg file. Have you tried using a different browser?John Goodchild,
