Silverkeeper has the option to keep historical copies of the same file. This is from the Help file regarding the Options tab:
If you would like to keep multiple generations of changed files in the Backup folder, that is a copy of each version
of changed files, you can set No. of Copies to the maximum number of Backup generations you would like to keep.
