I've had the same experience with USB, wireless, and other peripherals; for me, Parallels has it all over VM Fusion. It's more intuitive and generally easier to switch back and forth between Mac and the Doze. iSight, printers, cameras, etc., just show up ready for use, whereas with Fusion I've had to change settings, find drivers, spend time troubleshooting. I have no bias for against one or the other, just experience in testing both, and consistently Parallels has been the winner.
