Formulate Pro will fill out forms and it's free (although you really should tip the dev when you consider how awesome it is to not have to use bloated, buggy Acrocrap any longer):

do what the rest of the world do buy it via a US proxy service... they bill your credit cars the cost in US$ plus the lesser of 5% or $20 and they buy it (the serial number as anyone can download the trial version but it needs a serial number to function) for you then transfer the licence to you.
