Re:Not quite so - al-bl

Thanks for your response and explanations. I guess I'm in the minority that I update my cellphone every 6 - 12 months (can't resist the latest models!), and I also have two cells - one for business and one for personal use.

About the time restriction - I read on your website that updates are only free if you purchased within the past 12 months, which implies you have to pay again after 12 months... Perhaps this needs clarifying on the website?

I also think you should make it clear from the outset that you only have access to 3 plugins, rather than the full 190+ supported models, as advertised.

Finally, you didn't address my privacy concerns at all regarding what private or other data you are collecting from my computer when your software "calls home". Other companies clearly state, and even allow the user to review what data is sent, but I can't find anything like that in this software.

Not quite so - man290663

Actually most people change their phones every 12 months at most with some changing after a theft or loss on average every 3 months .

also buying a new version still does NOT remove the old fixing of installed models.. a way to remove models once installed is a MUST to continue using this system.

I have now changed to MacMe for this as this has none of the limitations...
