Many of us bought Bento this summer, gave feedback requested towards making a better Bento product, only to be royally screwed when the new Bento was released now. No credit at all? Shame on you, FileMaker! I will not shell out even another $20 for your Bento 2 with new, improved colors and cut/paste features. Big deal. More like big rip-off. With service like this, your only hope is to hook in people who haven't dealt with you in the past.

Do the right thing for your current customers. Future buyers, watch out for this one. It was a promising product until you did this. Look around, FileMaker. Smaller software development companies have offered better treatment to their customers than you have.
