The reason I don't buy a cheap PC is because I have a Mac laptop and don't want to haul two computers with me wherever I go. Sometimes I need Windows applications. Why should I have to carry two laptops when the need arises?

why - tersonodesign

I'm a systems administrator and manage our network from a desktop Mac. I do, however, need access to two Windows applications - a call manager for our Avaya phone system and, occasionally, Outlook (Entourage won't do). Why should I bother to have a second computer on my desk when for a lot less cost I can run those two applications easily on the Mac?

You'd rather buy an obsolete G5 Mac and a winblows machine?

Not very bright are you, for the same money or less you could buy an Intel Mac and do 2 platforms in one machine.

I have a 2400 baud modem for $1,000 if you wanna buy some more obsolete crap.
