Just got an "all in one" that has wireless printing and the update on their web site allows it to run just fine. Maybe they didn't like you??

I have a Deskjet 960c, Deskjet 6980 (with Wi-fi and two-sided printing option) and Photosmart 7200 series (Wi-fi and two-sided printing). All of them work fine. My guess is that there's some old driver crap around. Did you do the "Uninstall" first (as recommended in the installation instructions)?
