Sorry to be so tardy to respond here, but we had a slight problem with a hurricane tearing our city to pieces...Okay, a week ago I *did* contact VT support. I have received no reply to that contact. I'm still waiting. VT still does not work, claiming that I have exceeded my license, which I have not done. I paid for ten machines.
VT support has been pretty decent in the past, so I am surprised that I've not received even acknowledgment of my original support contact. I sure hope this isn't a reflection of new management.

I ran into the same problem "back then". VT did something to where my computers were supported for a while but my renewal now is up for renewal and only for three computers so I'm not renewing my subscription.It was great while it lasted.
