Just to continue follow up on this. The developer apparently isn't reading their emails as mail to bookit@everydaysoftware.net bounces due to over quota. Sending support requests through their web site, so far, have gone unanswered. If they're being delivered to the same email address, they're going into the bit bucket.
This level of support is totally unacceptable. I paid for Bookit in Jan 2007, so getting my money back is really not possible now. I can only hope that Alco Bloome comes back to URL Manager Pro and begins work on his software again. It was the only reason I considered BookIt.
