Re: keyboard doesn't respond - Goof-Off

I installed on a MacPro 2.66 dual core Intel Xeon running OSX10.5.4 and rebooted with Command s. Program booted and ran fine. Glad to see it back. Always has been my favorite quick fix tech. I do have a wired keyboard, but the instructions indicated I wouldn't have to have one.

Same problem here, on a 2006 Mac Pro Quad 2.66 with 8 GB RAM.

Did you send a bug report to the sourceforge.net project page?

Re: keyboard doesn't respond - klktrk

did you ever try using single user mode in Leopard with your wireless keyboard before? if it worked then, and not now, that would be extremely odd, since AppleJack doesn't modify the boot sequence in any way until you run it.

my hunch is, if you couldn't type "reboot," you probably weren't able to type "applejack," in which case you never ran AppleJack :-).

My guess is this is a bug you should file with Apple, rather than the AppleJack developer.

*Unless* you were happily using the wireless keyboard in single user mode just before installing AppleJack.
