Microtek STINKS...
I purchased a S400 scanner a while back. The moment I upgraded to Leopard, scanner goes obsolete. Microtek support no help. They said they were not going to update driver for my S400 period, with no options available to me. Vue Scan also did not develop a driver. Thank God for Silverfast. They offfer a perfectly functioning driver and the greatest support too. So again I say "Microtek you STINK."
