Usually Klix can see cards that aren't mounting (corrupted) on the desktop.. However, check out Disk Utility. Does Disk Utility see the card? If not, then the card is bad (nothing will see it).. If Disk Utility does indeed see the card, then please call our support team! -- We'd love to have you send the card to us and we'll see what's going on..
