ALL phone makers use more than 1 OS! and other plug-in makers have responded with Samsung plugins within days (without asking for phone inspector data) and yet its taken over a month (with phone inspector data) and no plug-ins for newer Samsung have been released.
The original review is an accurate reflection of the support given by Nova media which shows thier preferred format is Nokia, Siemens, Sony Ericsson. (and until this changes the original review will not be altered)
If you were to put more effort into Samsung phones in the same way as other plug-in makers then this review would be different. This is a short sighted approach as Samsung and LG are selling increasingly more phones than the more traditional makers and overtaking many of them in sales!
