Most of these features SHOULD have been included in a ver 7 update. They are pricing themselves into where people who have to choose between Quark & Adobe will mostly go to Adobe now. I can’t see paying $300 plus shipping for this upgrade.

I've supported you and people like you for more than 15 years and Quark has been nothing but problems. Empty features additions and lackluster customer support. However they somehow manage to keep the code for the little space alien to come out and fire off the explosive ball when you press the required key combinations. Not cute, not needed and not what we're paying for when a global organization like ours is (or rather, WAS) paying for top notch applications and support.

You sir are a blind consumer who has been protected by the IT department too long.

I agree! This is not a fanboy forum. If you have something useful to add, let's hear it. I would say that everyone reading a review of QXP is aware of ID. I use both because my customers use both. I WANT to hear about what is new in this version, not how another competing product is superior.
