When I followed the link to the Netopia/Timbuktu upgrade site, I ended up wasting $4.95 for another copy of the 8.7 version. I don't mind a nominal fee for upgrades, since it costs money to supply them. But, I also expect the update service to be up-to-date.Friday, July 18 2008 @ 10:21 AM PDT

Thanks for posting the link. Like others, I wasted time wandering around their site trying to find the download. Finally went to Versiontracker and found your helpful post.I think the product is worth the money but agree that dealing with the company leaves a lot to be desired.
