Good App, but Crummy Company - chesters

When I followed the link to the Netopia/Timbuktu upgrade site, I ended up wasting $4.95 for another copy of the 8.7 version. I don't mind a nominal fee for upgrades, since it costs money to supply them. But, I also expect the update service to be up-to-date.

Thanks for posting the link. Like others, I wasted time wandering around their site trying to find the download. Finally went to Versiontracker and found your helpful post.
I think the product is worth the money but agree that dealing with the company leaves a lot to be desired.
