if its a x.x.1 upgrade, then it will just be bug fixes. Personally i'm going to stick with v4 as i've not really noticed any bugs.

Ok ADC is Apples developer connection release site. Were developers get software before the public get it from software update.

varies from OSX updates to Applications, from quicktime, java, and SDKs.
