Settle down, Jeff. Nobody ever got anywhere useful by dissing the clueless.
Here are the facts.
1) EmailCRX is essentially a legacy product; Jeff has been working on Purify, which replaces CRX and surpasses it, for most of this year. That doesn't mean that people can't want EmailCRX to keep working, but it does explain why Jeff's attention may be elsewhere. BTW, CRX worked gangbusters for me and Purify is even better.
2) Jeff is a one-man software business. He is a great coder and knows email and spam like no other I know. In a larger business he'd have someone helping him with user interface and operating instructions. He doesn't have that other person. His manual is, let's face it, spartan. But there is a very useful community of users who stand ready to assist at http://www.hendricom.com/forums/ I urge mr. sandler to try it.
3) EmailCRX asks the average user to know more about how their email works than many if not most really want to. That's because most people don't want to know *anything* about the innards of their email. That said, once it is set up, it works. really really well.
4) My relationship with Hendricom is that I pay Jeff for the privilege of using his software. Nevertheless, If mr. sandler wishes to contact me, or http://www.hendricom.com/forums/ I will be more than happy to try to assist him. Jeff, chill out. I need you directing your energy at eliminating spam.
