It isn't really Elgato's fault. I talked to them at MacWorld in January, and it isn't that they aren't trying to find program guide solutions, it's that they have been unable to get a partnership arrangement like the one they have with TitanTV (which has been sucking lately). They need the partnership in order to incorporate the program listing service into their software.
So just like you advised the previous poster, make sure you direct your frustration to the correct source. I think it would be cool if they used Schedule Direct, even if it did cost. I have never had trouble getting listings from them like TitanTV.
