Personally, I dispise auto updaters. Adobe's crappy implementation has put a bad taste in my mouth. I've seen Adobe's updater break an installation and ask to reinstall it from the CD.
Most of the time when ShareWare software asks for an update, it gets in the way of what I am trying to accomplish.
You will probably not see an auto update feature in StarPlayr2 ever.
If you want, you can just update it yourself once a week on your own schedule. Currently the next version 2.1 will not be released until the end of July.
