Based on my single attempt, it is not possible. Canvas is not a supported format for Easy Draw. It might be an interesting project for the developer...

Import Question - Henry Halem

While I have only looked at the screen shots of EZdraw I would assume, and assume is the operative word here, it would not support the complexity and sophistication that Canvas brought to Vector based drawing and then some. Those of us that used Canvas have really found nothing to replace it. Canvas is now totally PC based.
