It's working for me on an Intel-based Mac Pro running 10.5.5. The bottom of the contextual menu in the Finder has a "More" sub-menu. "Delete Resource Fork" shows up there if you have selected a file with a resource fork. I tested it on an old jpeg file with a Photoshop-created low-res preview stored in a resource fork. GrimRipperCM deleted the resource fork without error.

It worked fine for me all the way through 10.5.8, but Snow Leopard breaks it for sure. There isn't even a "More" option in the Snow Leopard contextual menu...
