Hello-
This used to work, but I don't think this has worked since the 1.1.4 iPhone update.

The ringtone will appear in the iTunes Ringtones playlist for the iPhone, but won't appear on the iPhone after the sync.

At least that's what I've found in testing here.

If I'm mistaken, or made a mistake in the process, please correct me!

Why not use iTunes? - iHatePC

If you are going to apply that kind of logic, why buy an iPhone at all? Why not use a couple of tin cans and a string? (or are you too young to know what I am even referring to?)

Some of us are willing to pay extra for simplicity. Isn't that why you own a Mac in the first place?
