I doubt this guy knows what he is talking about - grayw

I cut and paste formatted citations into email all of the time. 1. Select citation(s) in the endnote window 2. keyboard: Apple-K 3. Select space in email 4. keyboard: command-V (paste) Voila!! Simon, H. A. (1956). Rational choice and the structure of the environment. Psychological Review, 63, 129–138. This is such a basic function of EndNotes (I have used this function ever since 1993 or something like that) that I really wonder about the reviewer's knowledge and use of EndNotes. I have EndNotes open almost continually, download 2-10 cites per day. Use cite-while-you-write whenever Word is open (now that is a product that I love to hate!), format about 20 papers per year using it, use it to store my personal notes on a paper, and use it as a library to organize and store all of my pdfs on papers.
