I copied the URL of the YOUTUBE video I wanted into "Media Snap" and found the choice of audio or video and chose video and hit return and one of the 7 choices listed in "Media Snap" appeared in "Downloads" but nothing happened. Zero progress!
I went to the author's website and clicked on "Submit Feedback, feature requests and bugs" and was given a choice of setting up "Mail" or nothing. I use "gmail" and don't want "Mail" set up so here I am. What did I do wrong? I'll appreciate any help you can give me.
