I run only up to 4.5.3 then I dismissed TT. I had the same problem, i.e. "mismatched bitmap": I was thinking that it was a problem of TT, because I did not find any evidence of this error. And I had not to format HD.
Now I have created a partition on my HD (less space than eDisk), where I have "duplicated" the OS: I use to repare the principal one (with some very simple utilities).
I know that TT "destroyed" my mac: many thanks!!!!!
