I use ClickRepair for cleaning. It is shareware, but it does a much better job compared to Audacity. Remember Bobby McFerrin, "Don't worry, Be Happy"? At the default setting, ClickRepair removes the finger snaps. With a little adjustment it does it right, but I was amazed.
Each program has its good features. Final Vinyl detects tracks on normal albums, Click Repair removes noise, and Audacity does effects and EQ well.
