Bug reports should be sent to developers, otherwise how can they be fixed? WBC was not aware of this issue until just now. It will be investigated.

Can you please provide some more info via email about why you think OG is causing this problem?

I searched Apple Discussions and find tons of threads about sleep issues on Leopard.
