Very nice - alajuela

I continue to like AH very much, but I have noticed an increasing instability. Depending on how many apps I have running--it seems--AH will last as little as two or three minutes before it beach balls and then crashes. This instability is a serious issue because, while AH seems to snipe just fine, it cannot snipe if it has crashed. Therefore, I have been forced to monitor AH in order to ensure I get my snipes. So far, this has not been a huge deal, but it must in the long haul get fixed in order for this app to meet its potential.

A few notes - PowerSolutions Srl

Hi guys,

we would let you know that we're aware of the slowness problem with large databases, and are working to solve the problem. We are adding a daemon program to support Auction Hunter operations, making it run faster and be less "memory hungry". This way you'll also be sure that your snipes will be executed even when the application is closed.

We are also working on a later release that will have an enhanced user interface and several interesting new features.

As for the narrower list rows, you can hide the image column (hit Cmd-J to enable/disable columns) or resize it horizontally: both of these actions will also affect rows height.

Should you have any additional feedbacks please let us know.

Thanks.
The PowerSolutions Team

PS. Being located in Europe, we are suffering the disadvantages of the very high dollar/euro exchange rate. This is causing us many problems, as a price of $29.95 does mean less than €18.00 when you consider also reseller commissions. This price is unfortunately too low to cover our costs, let alone earn something. We'll see if sales will increase in the foreseeable future, otherwise we'll need to consider a price increase to keep Auction Hunter alive... :-(
