Finally works - mfwills

It may be on a par with Apple Mail or Entourage, but it still isn't Eudora.

I am among those who is still rather amazed at how these people have the audacity to rationalize using the Eudora name to publish a repackaged Thunderbird, by saying their intent is to complement Thunderbird.

"Complement" means one thing enhances the other, and the very nature of the concept means that both have to be used at the same time. How does using this new Eudora complement Thunderbird? How would one use both at the same time to experience this complementing? Why would one use both, when they are virtually identical?

Give us a new Eudora, not a repackaged Thunderbird: give us back the speed and flexibility of Eudora as we new it, enhance it with a plugin architecture, and maybe I will consider using it. At the moment, though, I see no reason to bother with it.
