I totally agree. I wrote many times to them because the last PRO version I bought does not work anymore on my Imac. Since the standard version did not work, I taught stupidly that the PRO version would work. So I gave them money and it did not work. I never received an answer from them. DO NOT BUY THE PRO VERSION

Worst customer service imaginable - RedRiverD

I used to use the "f*r*e*e version. I do not remember why, but for some reason I removed it from my iMac. I have since tried to reload it and it seams to download okay, but when I go to use it all the windows are blank and I cannot get it to work anymore.
I figured that a paid for program may work better so I paid $13.95 and tried again. It still did not work so I requested a refund and got it no problem.
But I am still very dissatisfied with the company as a whole because they offer NO help what so ever on the free or partially paid for system. I am going to attempt to see if they are willing to offer any assistance if I am willing to buy the "full" version!

Worst customer service imaginable - eboychik

NO customer service is more like it. And the amount of spam and spyware downloads that they allow is unconscionable.

They do NOT reply to emails! They used to be good, but now they aren't worth a nickel. Total POS.
