At the developers suggestion, I deleted the software and reinstalled. Played around with the software some, checked out various features, and it's working fine. Very nice program.
Not sure what caused the previous problems, but if you encounter any, I highly suggest you send a note to the developer.
I would like to thank the developer for showing a genuine interest to get this to work for me.
