It appears that the problems that others have mentioned and to which you've referred, are focused on Leopard (10.5.X) and not on Tiger. I have not experienced any problems with this version of Adobe Reader (8.1.2) on any of my Macs (i.e., Power Mac G4 MDD 1.25 GHz X2, 10.4.10; 17" PowerBook G4 1.67 GHz, 10.4.10; 15" MacBook Pro 2.16 GHz, 10.4.10; 15" MacBook Pro 2.33 GHz, 10.4.10)
