I've had no problems with the Fruit Menu Contextual Menu.
I can see the main Apple CM stuff above the Fruit Menu items and other stuff below. (Automator, Enable Folder Actions, Stuffit, Toast It)
If you only need to put two items in Fruit Menu, then it's probably not for you, but it's the best 10 I've ever spent.
